The City of Center has submitted its approved plan for the reapportionment of the City's four single-member districts to the United States Department of Justice for its review under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, 42 USC 1973c.  A complete duplicate copy of the submission is available for public review in the Office of the City Secretary, Center City Hall, 617 Tenaha Street, Center, TX  75935-3552 during normal business hours.  Any comments regarding the submission may be sent to :
