The Center City Council recently authorized the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP’s) for Planning Services, to include an update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Update of the Zoning Ordinance, the Creation of a Subdivision Ordinance, and the Creation of a Water System Master Plan.  The contract with the City will be with the planning firm; Planning firms are allowed to subcontract the Water System Master Plan work with a licensed professional engineer.

Proposals are due to the City on Monday, December 3, 2012, at 2:00 pm.
