CENTER, Texas (September 9, 2011) – The City of Center and Farmer’s State Bank are teaming up to announce a contest for those who sign up for the CODE Red emergency notification system between now and October 31, 2011. Those signing up will be entered into a drawing for a $100 savings bond donated by Farmer’s State Bank.

“CODE Red is an emergency notification system, which, in the event of an emergency, will call your home or cell phone or send you a text message,” explained David Chadwick, the City of Center Mayor. “Farmer’s State Bank is proud to partner with the City to get more Center residents signed up for this important service.”

To enter into the drawing, visit the City website at www.centertexas.org and click on the CODE Red link at the bottom of the page.
